What information is processed.
Do not include confidential drawings, credentials or sensitive personal data in the initial enquiry. Files can be shared by email after agreeing the scope.
- Enquiries: name, work email, company, selected need and task description; the selected language, privacy consent, enquiry reference and processing timestamps. Campaign attribution is stored only when analytics consent permits it.
- Technical data: request time, browser information and IP address where processed by hosting, form or analytics providers.
- Website measurement: page visits and interactions, including contact clicks and form events. Before a choice and after declining analytics cookies, Google Analytics may receive measurement signals without analytics cookies. Analytics cookies and their identifiers are enabled only with your permission.
Why we use the information.
We use enquiries to respond and discuss possible cooperation, technical data to operate and protect the website, and measurement data to understand website use. The form asks for consent to use your data for a response; this is separate from the choice about analytics cookies.
Depending on the context and applicable law, processing may be based on requested steps before a contract, legitimate interests in business communication and website security, legal obligations or consent.
Who may process the information.
Authorised personnel and providers supporting the website, enquiries and measurement may process relevant data. The form first stores the enquiry and a notification task in the website’s Cloudflare D1 database, hosted through Codex Sites. Authorised cloud workflows in ChatGPT/OpenAI may read the enquiry fields to prepare and deliver a notification to the operator’s responsible owner through Microsoft Outlook. Delivery failures remain queued for retry. The alternative email link opens a draft in your email application; you decide whether to send it.
Providers may process data outside Ukraine and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their policies describe their data handling; contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your data.

How long information is kept.
Enquiry information is kept while needed to respond, assess cooperation, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or information about recipients, object to processing, withdraw consent for future processing, or complain to a competent supervisory authority.
